Role Description The Brand Onboarding Sales Manager – Influencer Marketing is a full-time, hybrid role based in Delhi, with flexibility for some work-from-home days. The role involves identifying and engaging prospective brand partners, presenting KOLPlanet’s influencer marketing solutions, and managing the onboarding process from initial contact through signed agreements. This position oversees the setup of brand accounts on the platform,



collaborates with internal teams to align campaign objectives, and ensures a smooth transition into active influencer campaigns. Daily responsibilities include conducting sales calls and meetings, preparing proposals, maintaining a strong sales pipeline, and monitoring brand satisfaction during the onboarding phase. The manager is also expected to analyze performance metrics, provide insights to clients, and contribute to continuous improvements in onboarding and sales processes.
Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in Market Planning and strategic account development for influencer or digital marketing solutions.
Proven Sales experience, including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing brand partnerships.
Solid focus on Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to build trusted relationships and understand brand needs.
