Position: Consultant – Strategy and M&A; Consulting
Location: Delhi-NCR (Hybrid)
Joining Time: As soon as possible (maximum 04 weeks)

Front-end upstream Strategy and M&A; Global Consulting service line:

· Work closely with a global team of consultants, and Fortune 100 clients to understand their vision and help them devise inorganic and growth strategies




· Exposure to work with global clients in industries e.g., Automotive, TMT, Private Equity, Industrials, Manufacturing, Financial Services et al
· Synthesize key takeaways by structuring ambiguous problems, consolidate information sources, analyse complex qualitative and quantitative data, present interpretations to the project team, and provide recommendations to global clientele
· Devise corporate/ business unit, M&A;, and market entry strategies. Conduct commercial due diligence, business wargaming, and screen M&A; targets
· Communicate effectively with the senior leadership and the clients by playing an active role in firm building initiatives
· Develop your leadership style, leveraging your own passions, strengths, and personal values
