We are looking for a motivated and experienced Senior System Engineer to join our team in India. This role is an excellent chance for an IT professional looking to expand their expertise and progress toward a high-level infrastructure role in the future.You will provide L2 technical support, contribute to IT infrastructure activities, and help ensure consistent service delivery across the team. The position offers exposure to a high-profile major project and a dynamic global IT environment.
As a senior member of the team, you will also play an important role in supporting the wider IT function by mentoring and coaching junior engineers, sharing technical knowledge and troubleshooting best practices, supporting team performance and service quality,



and coordinating engineer shift schedules in collaboration with HR. You will also help identify recurring technical issues and opportunities for improvement while supporting a consistent and professional customer experience.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical expertise with leadership, mentoring, communication, and problem-solving skills, and who is ready to take on greater responsibility as they progress toward a future infrastructure-focused role.

What You'll Do:
Provide L2 desktop and technical support remotely and onsite
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, including Windows, MS Office, printers, and peripherals
Diagnose and resolve issues related to TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP
Manage service tickets and incidents in accordance with SLA requirements
Set up, configure, and maintain workstations and IT equipment
