We are looking for suitable Graduates experienced with good communication skills to support the Hubbell India customer service Team’s routine, ad hoc activities, and projects predominantly but not limited to any specific task. This requirement is for responding to customer enquiries, sales order creation, expediting orders, quote creations, price resolutions & other customer service activities

A Day In The Life

Some of the key responsibilities are: (but not limited to)

Support routine activities based on Service Level Agreement

Support Customer enquiries, order entry, order changes and other requirements of customers

Work as customer service associate adaptable to support during night shift

Contribute as a team member to ensure the Hubbell India team meets all its KPIs

Ensure daily volumes are completed with high quality standard and quick TAT





Ensure all requests from customers and CS teams are acknowledged for the day and coordinate with teams across the enterprise to resolve customer enquiries

What will help you thrive in this role?

Excellent Communication skills, good computer skills, Analytical skills, experience in Chat and Customer services through emails, Desirable if they have SAP, Salesforce and order management experience.
