Role Description This is a full-time, remote Startup Research Intern (Unpaid Internship) role. The intern will research early-stage startups, emerging sectors, and venture capital trends using publicly available data, founder interviews, and ecosystem reports. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying promising companies, compiling profiles,
summarizing market landscapes, and generating insights that support podcast episodes, live sessions, and written content. The intern will assist in preparing research briefs and question frameworks for interviews, help organize and maintain a research database, and collaborate with the host and content team to refine story angles. The role offers exposure to founders, investors, and the broader startup ecosystem, along with opportunities to contribute ideas for new formats and topics.
Qualifications
Solid research and analytical skills, including the ability to synthesize information from multiple sources into clear, concise insights.
Solid written communication skills for drafting summaries, briefs, and notes suitable for audio and written content.
Interest in startups, venture capital, and technology, with curiosity about founder journeys and early-stage company building.
