This full time, on-site Experienced Freight Broker (US Logistics) role is based in Delhi. The role involves managing end-to-end freight brokerage operations for US lanes, including sourcing and negotiating with carriers, securing capacity, and coordinating daily dispatch.

Qualifications
Strong Freight Brokerage and Brokerage skills, with experience in US logistics operations
Proficiency in Customer Service to build and maintain client and carrier relationships
Knowledge of US transportation regulations, market trends, and freight rate structures
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Comfort with logistics software, load boards, and basic MS Office tools
Proven track record in a freight brokerage or logistics role; prior US market experience strongly preferred
Relevant education in logistics, supply chain, business, or equivalent professional experience
