Revenue Optics is looking for a hands-on Talent Systems & Product Builder to help us redesign and automate how our recruiting operation works. We already have the tools, recruiters and live searches. What we need is someone who can connect the pieces, remove manual work and build a recruiting operation that runs from a system instead of spreadsheets, emails and memory.
This is a hands-on builder role, not a management or strategy position. You will work directly with our U.S. leadership and recruiting teams and start building from your first week.
Your job is to help us move the function from Today:
Job requirements are captured across calls, notes and emails.
Recruiters work between Manatal, LinkedIn Recruiter, Fireflies, email and calendars.
Candidate pre-screens happen on Fireflies, but someone still has to manually pull out the significant information.
Candidate profiles are assembled manually.
Compensation, geography, experience and client conflicts are checked manually.
Candidate submissions are sent manually.
Client decisions come back through email.
Candidate move-forward communication is handled manually.
Interview scheduling is coordinated manually.
ATS stages are updated manually.
Leadership still has to ask questions to understand what is live, what is stalled and what needs attention.
Every new search can still feel too much like starting from scratch.
