The role involves leading and mentoring engineering teams, setting technical direction, and ensuring high-quality delivery of software solutions that support StarAgri’s agritech platform and operational systems. Responsibilities include overseeing end-to-end software development, managing project timelines and priorities, coordinating integration between internal and external systems, and collaborating closely with product, operations, and business stakeholders. The Engineering Manager / Technical Lead will drive best practices in architecture, code quality, and performance, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement, reliability, and innovation aligned with the company’s mission.
