Position: ServiceMax Technical Consultant – Salesforce & Integrations
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced ServiceMax Technical Consultant/Developer with solid expertise in ServiceMax, Salesforce development, integrations, and field service solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring and customizing ServiceMax, developing Salesforce components, managing integrations with enterprise applications, and delivering scalable solutions for field service operations.
Key Responsibilities

Service Max Configuration & Development
Configure and customize ServiceMax Core components including Work Orders, PM Plans, Service Contracts, Installed Base/Assets, Entitlements, Inventory, and Parts Management.
Work extensively with ServiceMax Configuration Console, Flows, Dispatch Console, and ServiceMax Mobile (Go/Classic).




Configure and optimize mobile and offline capabilities to support field technicians.
Design technician-friendly layouts, workflows, and processes to improve field service efficiency.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceMax solutions.

Salesforce Development
Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, batch classes, and scheduled jobs.
Create and maintain comprehensive Apex test classes while ensuring required code coverage standards.
Develop user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components.
Perform Salesforce data modeling, including objects, relationships, fields, and security configurations.
Implement business automation using Salesforce Flows, Validation Rules, and Workflows.
Troubleshoot and optimize Salesforce/ServiceMax applications and resolve production issues.

Integration
Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Named Cred
