Refroid Technologies is at a growing stage and current plant is in IDA Jeedimetla however we are looking for a larger production plant in an around of Hyderabad. We already have order in hand to deliver for this financial year in the tune of INR 120 CR. Role Summary : Refroid Technologies is looking for a Lead / Manager – Mechanical Design to lead the mechanical design team and drive the design and development of advanced cooling and thermal management products. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in SolidWorks, Creo, GD&T;, tolerance stack-up and mechanical product development ,



along with proven experience in leading design engineers. The candidate will be responsible for taking products from concept development through detailed design, prototyping, validation and production , while ensuring design quality, manufacturability and engineering standards. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of Mechanical Design Engineers and manage day-to-day design activities. Drive mechanical design and development of cooling systems, thermal management products, CDU systems, heat exchangers, enclosures, sheet-metal and fabricated components . Develop and review 3D models, 2D manufacturing drawings, assemblies and BOMs using SolidWorks and Creo . Establish and review GD&T;, dimensional tolerances, fits, clearances and tolerance stack-up analysis .
