We are looking for a senior, execution-oriented skilled to lead and build the DSA Operations vertical of an early-stage fintech platform.

This is a hands-on startup leadership role for someone with strong experience in fintech, lending, payments, channel sales, merchant/partner acquisition, distribution, field operations or business development.

The role requires approximately 20 hours per week, but performance and successful delivery of responsibilities matter more than rigid working hours.

Key Responsibilities
Build and develop the initial DSA/partner network.
Drive onboarding, activation and engagement of channel partners.
Create scalable operating processes, SOPs and reporting systems.
Develop city/state-wise acquisition and expansion strategies.
Build relationships with relevant industry partners and distribution networks.
Track operational KPIs, conversion, activation and performance.
Identify execution bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate with founders and cross-functional teams.




Gradually build and manage the operations team as the business scales.
Take ownership of ground-level execution during the initial validation stage.

Experience in companies such as Paytm, PhonePe, BharatPe, banks, NBFCs, fintechs, telecom, FMCG or large distribution businesses would be relevant.
