We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team in Bangalore.

This is a B2B technology sales role, where you will be responsible for identifying potential businesses, reaching decision-makers, understanding their requirements and converting qualified opportunities into clients.

What You'll Do
Research and identify potential B2B clients, companies, industries and decision-makers who could benefit from Webshark's solutions.




Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach, networking, referrals, online research and other outbound channels.
Connect with founders, CEOs, CXOs, business owners, directors and other key decision-makers.
Understand a prospect's business, digital presence, technology requirements and challenges.
Identify opportunities where Webshark's services can create business value.
Present and explain relevant solutions including web development, eCommerce, Shopify, mobile applications, custom software, SaaS, AI and digital transformation services.
Conduct discovery calls and initial client meetings to understand requirements, budgets, timelines and decision-making processes.
Work closely with our technical, design and project teams to translate client requirements into appropriate solution proposals.
Prepare and coordinate proposals, presentations and commercial quotations.
Manage prospects throughout the sales
