Role Description
The Factory Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and delivery timelines are consistently met. This full-time,



on-site role is based in Tiruppur and involves supervising production lines, managing staffing and shift planning, and coordinating with design, merchandising, and sourcing teams to align factory output with customer requirements. The role includes monitoring workflow, optimizing resource utilization, enforcing safety and compliance procedures, and resolving operational issues to minimize downtime and waste. The Factory Manager will track performance metrics, implement process improvements, and maintain clear documentation and reporting for management. Regular communication with internal stakeholders and occasional interaction with clients or auditors is expected to support transparency and continuous improvement.
