We are looking for an experienced SAP CDM who can successfully manage customer engagements, drive service excellence, and act as a trusted advisor for SAP Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS) customers.

Required Skills & Experience
✅ 6-10+ years of experience in SAP Basis Domain
✅ 2-3 years of customer-facing experience
✅ Strong understanding of SAP products and services, including:
SAP RISE
SAP S/4HANA
SAP BTP
SAP HANA Database
SAP SaaS Solutions

✅ Experience with:
SAP Upgrades
OS/DB Migrations
Cloud Technologies (Preferred)
✅ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Key Responsibilities
Own and manage end-to-end client relationships for SAP Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS).
Serve as the primary escalation point and advocate for customer requirements within SAP.
Drive customer success, operational excellence, and commercial outcomes.
Lead onboarding,



transition, stabilization, operations, and renewal activities.
Collaborate with SAP Services, Product Support teams, Partners, System Integrators, and customer stakeholders.
Support and drive SAP S/4HANA transformation and cloud adoption initiatives.
Conduct governance reviews, customer operations reviews, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
Identify service improvement opportunities and support business growth through upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
Establish strong relationships with executive stakeholders and business leaders.
Manage risk mitigation, stakeholder communication, reporting, and service governance.
Ensure contractual compliance, SLA adherence, and operational excellence throughout the engagement lifecycle.
