The role will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, growing existing customer relationships, and expanding the customer portfolio across key markets in South India.

How you create impact

Develop and execute new business opportunities across the assigned market.
Drive sea logistics sales across the US and Canada trade lanes, with a focus on FCL export shipments and general cargo.
Identify, prospect and acquire new customers through proactive field sales and business development activities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to identify opportunities for business growth.




Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and convert opportunities into sustainable business.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate sea logistics solutions.
Monitor market developments, customer needs and competitive activity to identify current opportunities.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales acquisition through to service delivery.
Achieve agreed sales and volume targets while maintaining a strong focus on profitable business growth.
Build strong customer relationships and represent the company professionally in the market.

What we would like you to bring

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding, shipping or sea logistics sales.
Strong experience in export sales, preferably with exposure to the US and Canada trade lanes.
Proven track record in new business development and field sales.
