Position Summary

The Senior Vice President (SVP) - Investor Services / Transfer Agency will lead the global investor servicing function, ensuring best-in-class client experience, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and scalable service delivery across fund structures and jurisdictions. The role will be responsible for overseeing investor onboarding, AML/KYC, capital activity processing, investor reporting, transfer agency operations, client relationship management, and strategic transformation initiatives.

The SVP will serve as a key leadership partner to executive management, driving operational efficiency, technology adoption, talent development, and client retention while supporting the firm's growth agenda.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

Define and execute the Investor Services and Transfer Agency strategy aligned with organizational growth objectives.
Lead operations across multiple locations and service lines.
Drive operating model transformation, automation, and continuous process improvement initiatives.




Establish scalable infrastructure to support rapid client and asset growth.

Client & Stakeholder Management

Act as executive sponsor for strategic clients and key relationships.
Build trusted partnerships with fund managers, investment firms, institutional investors, and internal stakeholders.
Ensure exceptional client service delivery and achievement of SLA/KPI commitments.
Lead client onboarding and operational migration projects.

Operational Excellence

Oversee end-to-end investor lifecycle management including:
Investor onboarding
AML/KYC reviews
Subscription and redemption processing
Capital calls and distributions
Investor record maintenance
Transfer processing
Investor communications and reporting
Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant processing of all investor transactions.
Drive risk mitigation, controls, governance, and quality management frameworks.
