Principal Consultant — Enterprise AI Transformation & Delivery

Location: New Delhi | Client site with periodic travel to plant locations

Experience: 6–8 years post-Master’s

Notice Period: Immediate joiners to 30 days preferred

About The Role

We are looking for Principal Consultant — Enterprise AI Transformation & Delivery to lead a large-scale enterprise AI transformation programme for one of India’s leading cement and industrial conglomerates.

You will be the senior-most representative at the client, working directly with the C-suite sponsor and senior leaders across procurement, logistics, plant operations, HR and IT. You will own the engagement end-to-end — from problem definition and data discovery through implementation, go-live and steady-state operations.

Key Responsibilities

Own the C-suite relationship, steering committee and overall engagement governance.
Translate broad business objectives into explicit scope, success metrics, priorities and delivery roadmaps.
Lead enterprise-wide data discovery, solution design and transformation planning.




Drive phased implementation and go-live across multiple business functions and plant locations.
Work closely with SAP, IT, client business teams and engineering teams to manage integrations, dependencies and data validation.
Build the client-side operating model, including workflows, SLAs, escalation mechanisms and governance.
Translate AI/model outputs and detection logic into clear, actionable business recommendations.
Manage scope, resources, delivery risks, change requests and commercial outcomes.
Demonstrate measurable business value and identify additional opportunities for account growth.
Lead stakeholder alignment and change management in a complex enterprise environment.

What We’re Looking For

6–8 years of post-Master’s experience, including at least 4 years leading enterprise-scale digital transformation or AI initiatives.
Strong foundation in MBB, Big Four or equivalent Tier-1 strategy/technology cons
