Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Noida. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and building a robust sales pipeline for language, data, and multilingual staffing services.



The Business Development Executive will engage with prospective and existing clients, conduct needs assessments, prepare and deliver presentations and proposals, and negotiate contracts in line with company standards. Day-to-day activities include managing accounts, maintaining strong client relationships, coordinating with internal teams for solution design and delivery, and tracking performance against sales targets and KPIs. The role also requires regular market research, competitor analysis, and participation in events or outreach activities to enhance brand visibility and drive revenue growth.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Current Business Development and Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, pipeline management, and opportunity qualification.
