LAB TECHNICIAN

Experience: 0–2 years in a biochemistry or microbiology lab preferred. Prior
experience in papain analysis and quality assurance process will be an added
advantage.
Qualification: M.Sc. in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Chemistry or
related field.
Key Responsibilities:
● Conduct routine analysis of raw materials, intermediates, and finished
enzyme products
● Maintain lab records and ensure compliance with quality protocols
● Maintain records required for ISO 9001, ISO 22000, GMP and HACCP and
other standards.
● Assist in R&D; and process optimization trials
● Operation, maintenance and calibration of lab instruments.
Salary package: 2.20 lakhs per annum.
