US IT Recruiter Location: Hyderabad Experience: 1–3 Years Shift: 6:00 PM IST – 3:30 AM IST Work Mode: Onsite About the Role We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented US IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in US IT staffing/recruitment and be comfortable working in the US shift. Key Responsibilities Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US IT positions, from sourcing to onboarding. Source qualified IT professionals through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels . Review resumes and conduct initial screening based on technical skills, experience, location, availability, and compensation. Work closely with Account Managers and hiring teams to understand job requirements. Identify and engage candidates for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent positions. Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers. Negotiate compensation, rates,



and other employment terms as required. Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity in the ATS. Achieve individual recruitment targets and contribute to overall team goals. Stay updated on US IT hiring trends, technologies, job market conditions, and staffing practices. Required Skills & Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in US IT Recruitment / US Staffing. Good understanding of the US IT recruitment lifecycle . Experience sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, Boolean search, and other sourcing techniques . Valuable understanding of IT technologies and job roles such as Java, .NET, Python, QA, DevOps, Cloud, Data, Business Analyst, etc. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment. Strong negotiation, follow-up, and candidate management skills. Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel and ATS syst
