Role Title: HR Operations Consultant - Workday Reporting
Position Summary:
This role will be responsible for creating custom reports and analytics using Workday report writer, maintaining report libraries, and ensuring accuracy and consistency of data. This role will work closely with HR and business stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and develop reports that provide meaningful insights and analysis, sharing data and insights in line with our privacy and data governance practices.

Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate business processes into actionable insights.
Create custom reports and analytics using Workday Report Writer, including: Advanced reports, Matrix reports, Composite reports, Calculated fields.
