About the Role
We are looking for a high-energy, execution-oriented professional to join the Founder’s Office and work closely with the Founder and leadership team.
This role is ideal for someone who wants exposure to business strategy, partnerships, sales, growth, events, operations, and founder-led decision-making.
You will be expected to take ownership, move quickly, build relationships, identify opportunities, and convert strategy into execution.




Key ResponsibilitiesGrowth & Business Development
Identify and build new business opportunities across startups, enterprises, GCCs, investors, and ecosystem partners.
Build and maintain a strong prospect and partnership pipeline.
Conduct market research and identify new growth opportunities.
Support lead generation, outreach, follow-ups, and conversions.
Track business development metrics and provide regular updates.
Strategic Partnerships
Identify potential strategic partners and initiate conversations.
Support partnership proposals, negotiations, and closures.
Build relationships with founders, CXOs, investors, ecosystem leaders, and decision-makers.
Develop partnership opportunities around HighTable’s events, community, and GTM platform.

Work directly with the Founder on high-priority strategic initiatives.
