Role Description As a Sales Intern at DeskNova, you will support the sales team in identifying and qualifying potential customers, researching target markets, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM. You will assist with outreach campaigns,



prepare sales materials such as presentations and email templates, and help schedule and coordinate product demos. The role involves learning the DeskNova platform, understanding customer pain points, and contributing to follow-up communication with leads. You will collaborate with sales and marketing colleagues to support pipeline development and refine messaging based on feedback from prospects. This is an internship role and is fully remote.
Qualifications
Solid interest in SaaS, B2B sales, and customer support or IT operations domains, with the ability to quickly understand product features and benefits.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including clear written and verbal communication and comfort engaging with potential customers.
Basic proficiency with productivity tools and CRM or sales tracking software, and the ability to manage information in an organized, detail-oriented man
