MES Opcenter Discrete – Manager, Functional Transformation

As a Manager at Deloitte Consulting Services, you will design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale software solutions, lead the creation of robust pipelines and manage code deployment across environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional, global teams to translate functional requirements into effective deliverables, independently guiding and mentoring junior team members. Your role spans the full project lifecycle, including estimation, planning, execution, and tracking key metrics for analysis, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of solutions.

Work you'll do

As a Manager, Functional Transformation on the Enterprise Performance team, you will be responsible for:

Contributing to the growth and development of Deloitte’s Manufacturing Execution System (MES) offering.
Leading requirements validation, functional design, prototyping, process design, testing, training, support procedures, and implementation activities for MES projects.




Conducting customer workshops and design sessions to document requirements, validate configurations, and define current-state and future-state MES solutions.
Acting as a technical and solution architect for supply chain and manufacturing transformation projects, including integration with plant control systems, enterprise resource planning, product lifecycle management, advanced planning and scheduling, and laboratory information management systems.
Supporting project delivery, sales pursuits, proposal development, and product input as a subject matter expert during development and deployment phases.
