Position Summary

MES Opcenter Ex-core – Manager, Functional Transformation

As a Manager at Deloitte Consulting Services, you will design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale software solutions, lead the creation of robust pipelines and manage code deployment across environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional, global teams to translate functional requirements into effective deliverables, independently guiding and mentoring junior team members. Your role spans the full project lifecycle, including estimation, planning, execution, and tracking key metrics for analysis, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of solutions.

Work you'll do

As a Manager, Functional Transformation on the Enterprise Performance team, you will be responsible for:

Providing functional and technical support for Siemens manufacturing execution system solutions, including Opcenter, APS, AIP, and Connect MOM, across manufacturing environments.
Leading requirements gathering, solution design, prototyping, testing, training, and support procedures for Siemens Opcenter implementations.




Conducting workshops and customer design sessions to validate requirements, define future-state processes, and document Opcenter MES solutions.
Designing integrations across plant control systems, enterprise resource planning, product lifecycle management, advanced planning and scheduling, and laboratory information management systems.
Leading project teams, supporting proposal development, and contributing to the growth of Deloitte’s Siemens Manufacturing Execution System offering.
