Produce daily and monthly country reports in accordance with defined SLAs.
Ensure accurate compilation, validation, and reconciliation of data for all reports.
Maintain proper storage, filing, and archiving of reports and associated documentation.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders on all reporting-related matters.
Proactively manage, troubleshoot, and resolve reporting issues as they arise.
Collaborate with internal teams to support business and operational reporting requirements.
Monitor, document, and escalate exceptions or discrepancies in a timely manner.
Support continuous process improvements to enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and quality of reporting.

Key Responsibilities

The Collection CoE is a key component of GBS Ops – Collections, supporting the Consumer, Private & Business Banking (CPBB) function through Collection Reporting by:

Extract and validate data from collections, core banking systems, and databases, ensuring high data quality and accurate historical records.




Prepare and distribute CPBB collections reports (including regulatory and priority reports) per agreed timelines and reporting frequencies.
Produce daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc MIS, portfolio, and performance reports with actionable analytical insights for senior leadership and country teams.
Provide ad hoc data and analysis to support decision making and the management of collections operations across markets.
Track delinquency by DPD buckets, generate recovery and efficiency reports, and support global retail collections operations through collections analytics.
Support performance reporting and collector incentive calculations, ensuring transparency and alignment with business objectives.
Allocate accounts to field officers, tele calling teams, and agencies; optimise tele calling operations through effective dialler administration and queue management.
