Job Summary

Supply Chain Management (SCM) is responsible for the overall commercial and risk management with the bank’s external third-party suppliers. To meet increasing business demands, the SCM team is putting in place a current capability to support Contract Managers/Owners meet their obligations with regards to the management of the third-party contracts that they are accountable for.
The Specialist, Contract Management Services (CMS) is responsible for delivering Contract Management Services that provide specialised support to Contract Managers/Owners of assigned contracts within respective categories or domains.
This role serves as the subject matter expert with deep industry knowledge in the relevant sub-category/domain and ensures that Contract Managers/Owners receive the necessary support to meet their contract management and ownership obligations throughout the entire contract lifecycle.
The Specialist, CMS will work closely with SCM Category Management stakeholders, SCM Category Leads/Managers, SCM Supplier Managers,



SCM Cluster Leads and Contract Managers/Owners to drive continuous improvement.

Support the Manager, CMS in accelerating the delivery of efficiencies and advancing CMS services across the Bank and all applicable categories, ensuring alignment with the Bank’s overall procurement lifecycle objectives.
Act as the subject matter expert for the assigned category or sub-category within CMS services and serve as the primary point of contact for Contract Managers/Owners.
Represent the function when required to drive and support continuous improvement initiatives and participate in Refinement Forums. This includes requirements gathering, prioritization of SCM/business/function needs, adoption activities, ad hoc system testing, and collaboration with key stakeholders on initiatives related to digital transformation and enablement in line with Bank objectives.
