Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Legal Assistance Internship role based in Noida. The intern will support the legal needs of the organization, including reviewing and preparing basic legal documents related to contracts, service agreements,



and internal policies under supervision. Day-to-day tasks may include assisting with legal research on issues relevant to IT services and digital business, organizing and maintaining legal records and documentation, and helping prepare summaries or brief notes for internal stakeholders. The role involves coordinating with project managers and business analysts to identify potential legal risks, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and supporting any external legal consultations as needed. The intern will also liaise with internal teams to communicate legal guidance clearly, maintain documentation accuracy, and contribute to process improvements within the legal support function.
