Support business demand intake, prioritization, and end-to-end delivery to maximize business value from data and reporting initiatives. About the Role Major accountabilities Support the execution of the Enterprise Visualization Platform strategy by partnering with business stakeholders, platform leads, and delivery teams. Gather and analyze business requirements, support demand intake processes, and help prioritize requests aligned with business objectives and platform standards. Contribute to platform adoption by tracking usage metrics, preparing value realization reports, and supporting onboarding of current use cases. Support migration and decommissioning initiatives of legacy BI platforms (e.g., Qlik)



by coordinating stakeholders, tracking progress, and ensuring smooth transitions to approved visualization platforms. Develop, maintain, and promote certified datasets, dashboards, templates, and reusable assets that enable governed self-service analytics. Execute governance and quality control activities to ensure adherence to platform standards, security requirements, data quality expectations, and architectural guidelines. Support user enablement through training sessions, documentation, office hours, playbooks, knowledge articles, and community engagement activities. Monitor platform adoption, utilization, operational health, and service performance, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization.
