About the Role We are looking for a energetic and experienced Controller to lead financial service delivery across key U.S.-based client accounts. This role serves as a critical bridge between accounting execution and advisory-focused financial leadership, ensuring the delivery of accurate, timely, and insight-ready financial information. The Controller will partner closely with clients, Venturity Controllers, and internal teams to deliver high-quality financial reporting, identify risks and opportunities, and support informed business decision-making. Success in this role requires strong accounting expertise, client relationship management, leadership capability, and a proactive problem-solving mindset. Key Responsibilities Client Ownership & Strategic Delivery Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client engagements and ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery. Build strong working relationships with clients, Venturity Controllers, and internal stakeholders. Participate in client financial reviews and summits, presenting results, business drivers, risks,



and recommendations. Support onboarding, transitions, scope expansion, and process improvement across client accounts. Close Management & Financial Reporting Manage month-end close activities for assigned clients, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness. Review close binders, reconciliations, financial statements, and reporting packages before client submission. Maintain close calendars, coordinate deliverables, and meet reporting deadlines. Analyze financial results, variances, trends, and business drivers to highlight key issues and opportunities. Financial Insight & Advisory Support Translate accounting outputs into clear financial insights and business narratives. Explain performance changes, underlying drivers, and potential business impact. Anticipate operational and financial risks and recommend corrective actions.
