Role Overview:
Build a strong team, culture and employee experience at Bioscan. The role will lead talent acquisition, performance management, employee development, engagement, HR operations and statutory compliance, while helping build a high-performance and quality-focused culture.

Key Responsibilities
1.Organisation Building and Talent Acquisition
Work closely with founders and functional leaders to understand organisational and hiring needs.
Own recruitment across technical, clinical, regulatory, operations and commercial functions.
Define job profiles, source candidates, screen profiles and coordinate interviews and selection.
Build talent pipelines through LinkedIn, referrals, institutions and professional networks.




Support employer branding and create a strong candidate experience.

2.Performance Management & Development
Establish and manage structured goal-setting, KRA/KPI and performance review processes.
Coordinate periodic performance reviews and feedback.
Identify performance gaps and support improvement plans where required.
Identify training and development needs and support employee career growth.
Help employees understand Bioscan's goals, values and expectations.

3.Onboarding & Employee Experience
Create a structured onboarding process for current employees.
Ensure employees understand Bioscan's mission, culture, policies and ways of working.
Track employee experience and proactively address concerns.
Support employee retention and engagement initiatives.

4.People & Culture
Build a culture of ownership, collaboration, learning, accountability and quality.
Drive employee engagement, recognition and team-building initiatives.
