The Tax Manager is responsible for overseeing all tax-related activities,
ensuring compliance with local and international tax laws, and developing
strategies to optimize the company’s tax position. This role involves managing
direct taxes, indirect taxes and transfer pricing for India and US/Manila
subsidiaries, coordinating audits, and advising leadership on tax implications
of business decisions.
Solid knowledge of direct and indirect tax laws, ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), and
financial reporting standards
Additional certifications in international taxation (US / Philippines) or
transfer pricing (preferred)
