Build and maintain the integrated design schedule across master planning, architecture, structural, MEP, infra, landscape and interiors.
Coordinate COEs, consultants, PMC and GC to close inputs, comments and interface dependencies on time.
Track consultant appointment milestones, scope readiness and design deliverable commitments
Ensure adherence to approved product strategy, design brief and stage-gate review requirements
Monitor timely issuance of IFC/GFC drawings, RFI logs and overdue actions
Drive usage of Autodesk Construction Cloud or equivalent for transmittals, revisions and drawing traceability
Maintain exception logs and escalation notes for slippages, missing inputs and unresolved decisions
Publish weekly design MIS on milestones, ageing, risks and decisions required for leadership review.
Qualifications
12-18 years
Real estate, construction, infrastructure, hospitality and allied sectors.
MBA / PGDM from a reputed institution; exposure to real estate / infrastructure-led businesses preferred.
Engineering / Architecture / Finance graduate from a recognized Indian institution.
