We are hiring for the role of: Area Manager, Tech Cust Solutions Location: Chhattisgarh Qualification: BE Civil/Chem/B.Tech Civil Preferred Skills: Product Knowledge Product Sampling & Demonstration Complaint Analysis and Resolution MIS Reporting Work Experience: 2 - 6 years Job Description: Samples & Demonstrations of Products Ensure execution of all product sample requests received from the Marketing team within 48 hours under normal conditions. Verify the quality and application performance of samples after execution. Coordinate with contractors and dealers and manage related documentation/bills. Product Awareness & Presentations Create product awareness through technical presentations and customer interactions. Demonstrate product features,



benefits, and applications during customer meetings. Support customer engagement and brand promotion activities. Complaint Handling Attend customer complaints on the same day and ensure prompt action. Coordinate with the R&D; team for investigation of quality-related complaints. Verify application-related issues and provide resolution MIS & Competitor Intelligence Maintain MIS reports related to technical services activities. Gather and report competitor information, recent products, and market developments on an ongoing basis. Share market insights and competitor updates with relevant stakeholders.
