Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in the Greater Delhi Area. This role involves identifying and qualifying leads, managing the sales pipeline,



and presenting RAGSPRO’s AI and software solutions to prospective clients across multiple markets. The Sales Specialist will conduct discovery calls, deliver product demos, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts in collaboration with the founder and delivery teams. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate CRM records, following up with prospects, coordinating with product and marketing teams, and providing clear feedback from clients to improve offerings and messaging. The role also includes supporting client onboarding, occasionally delivering basic product training, and representing RAGSPRO at local events or online sessions to drive new business.
