Job Description – Product Implementation Manager

Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Product Implementation Manager to manage end-to-end implementation of enterprise technology products. The ideal candidate will work closely with Product, Engineering, QA, Data, Operations, and Customer Success teams to understand client requirements and deliver effective product solutions.

Key Responsibilities :
Partner with Product and Engineering teams to identify and deliver appropriate product solutions.
Manage implementation projects including project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and deliverables.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, QA, Data, Operations, and Customer Success.
Lead client discovery sessions, requirements workshops, product demonstrations, solution walkthroughs, and status meetings.
Coordinate product configuration, integrations, data mapping, APIs, reporting, and other technical implementation activities.
Manage UAT,



track defects and open items, and drive client acceptance and sign-off.
Identify gaps between client requirements and existing product capabilities and collaborate with Product teams on solutions or enhancements.
Maintain implementation documentation, requirements, workflows, decisions, action items, and project status.
Proactively identify and manage project risks, blockers, scope changes, and dependencies.
Gather customer feedback and translate it into actionable insights for Product teams.
Support product releases, enhancements, helping clients understand and utilise current capabilities.
Identify opportunities to improve implementation processes, product usability, and customer experience.
Ensure a smooth transition from implementation to ongoing Customer Success and Support.
