Role Overview We're looking for a proactive and experienced Account Manager to manage a portfolio of client accounts — including e-commerce platforms, D2C businesses, and brand partnerships — end-to-end. The role covers everything from client communication and campaign planning to creator coordination, execution, and performance reporting. You'll work closely with senior team members and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery, strong client relationships, and account growth. Key Responsibilities Account & Client Servicing Manage day-to-day communication with clients and ensure timely follow-ups on campaign requirements.
Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and coordination. Build a strong working understanding of each client's business, objectives, and requirements. Maintain consistent, professional communication and provide regular updates to ensure a positive client experience. Campaign & Delivery Execution Translate client briefs into campaign plans, timelines, and requirements. Take end-to-end ownership of influencer campaigns, ensuring smooth execution within agreed timelines. Coordinate with creators and build robust relationships to ensure timely, quality deliverables. Manage content approvals, revisions, and go-live tracking across campaigns. Coordinate with internal teams — Partnerships, Creator Ops, Campaigns, Finance, and Analytics — for smooth delivery.
