Role Description The Senior Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dehradun, responsible for leading sales initiatives across consumer, corporate, training,



and franchise offerings. In this role, the individual will develop and execute sales strategies, build and manage a high-performing sales team, and oversee key accounts and partnerships. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, conducting sales presentations, and negotiating contracts to achieve revenue and growth targets. The Senior Sales Manager will collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and training teams to create aligned go-to-market plans and ensure a consistent customer experience.
