Role Description The Billing Executive role is a full-time, in office position based in India. The role involves preparing and issuing invoices, ensuring accurate billing entries in the system, and reconciling customer accounts. The Billing Executive will monitor payment status, follow up with internal teams or clients on billing-related queries, and support finance with reports and documentation. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining organized records,



checking compliance with company policies, and collaborating with other departments to resolve discrepancies.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Billing Process and Invoicing skills for accurate and timely billing operations.
Candidates should possess solid Finance knowledge and Analytical Skills to interpret data, detect errors, and support reporting.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
Candidates should have proficiency in MS Office or similar tools and experience with billing or ERP software.
Candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and the ability to manage deadlines.
Candidates should ideally have prior experience in billing, accounts, or finance; a commerce or finance-related degree or diploma is an advantage.
