Job Opening: Client Servicing Executive – Social Media Marketing
We are looking for a dynamic, proactive, and client-focused Client Servicing Executive to join our social media marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day client relationships, understanding business and marketing requirements, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring the timely and successful delivery of social media campaigns.
The role requires excellent communication and client management skills, a strong understanding of social media platforms, good project-management abilities, and the ability to handle multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities1. Client Relationship Management
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Understand client objectives, expectations, brand guidelines, and business requirements.
Maintain strong and skilled relationships with clients.
Manage day-to-day client communication through email, calls, meetings, and messaging platforms.
Respond to client queries and requirements promptly.




Understand client feedback and translate it into clear internal briefs.
Proactively identify client requirements and opportunities for additional campaigns and services.
Manage client expectations, timelines, approvals, and deliverables.
Conduct regular client review meetings and share updates on ongoing activities.
2. Campaign & Social Media Management
Coordinate the planning and execution of social media campaigns.
Understand the client's target audience, communication objectives, and campaign goals.
Support the development of monthly content calendars and campaign plans.
Coordinate content creation, approvals, publishing, and campaign execution.
Ensure all social media communication follows the approved brand tone, messaging, and guidelines.
Stay updated with social media trends, formats, platform updates, and emerging opportunities.
Suggest new content ideas, campaign concepts, and engagement initiatives.
