DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role

As The Technical Manager, You Will

Lead the Thales technical team and manage pre-sales and Professional Services activities.




Provide technical leadership for Thales data security solutions, including CipherTrust Data Security Platform, Key Management, HSM, encryption and data protection.
Understand customer requirements and design appropriate Thales security solutions and architectures.
Lead POCs, technical workshops, customer presentations and solution demonstrations.
Prepare HLD/LLD, BOM, technical proposals, SOWs and RFP/RFI responses.
Manage Thales implementation, integration, migration, upgrades and troubleshooting projects.
Drive Thales Skilled Services revenue through deployment, migration, consulting, training and managed services.
Work closely with Thales OEM, sales, partners and customers to identify opportunities and resolve technical issues.
Manage technical escalations and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
