Job Description: Regional Sales Leader – East

Location: Kolkata

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Regional Sales Leader – East to drive business growth across the Enterprise, PSU, and Government sectors. The ideal candidate will bring solid expertise in IT solutions sales, strategic account management, and leadership, with a deep understanding of public sector procurement and enterprise engagement in the East region.

Key Responsibilities

Lead sales and business development initiatives across Enterprise, PSU, and Government accounts in the East region.
Drive revenue growth by positioning IT solutions, cloud services (Microsoft Azure, Modern Workplace), licensing, and cybersecurity offerings.
Develop and execute region-specific sales strategies to expand market share and strengthen the organization’s footprint in government and public sector ecosystems.
Manage large and strategic accounts, including handling RFPs, tenders, and government procurement processes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, CXOs, and government officials.




Identify and develop new business opportunities while ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with OEMs, partners, and internal teams to deliver comprehensive and competitive solutions.
Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing regional sales team, ensuring target achievement and capability development.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, governance standards, and ethical business practices.

Qualifications & Skills

15+ years of experience in IT sales, enterprise account management, and business development.
Strong experience in handling Enterprise, PSU, and Government clients, especially in the East region.
Expertise in Microsoft Cloud (Azure, M365), licensing, cybersecurity, and digital transformation solutions.
Proven track record in managing large deals, tenders, and complex sales cycles.
