Role Description The Director of Sales Marketing is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for leading the sales and marketing strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion for GridMats®.



This role involves developing and executing integrated sales and marketing plans, overseeing lead generation and pipeline management, and building strong relationships with key customers, partners, and industry stakeholders. The Director will collaborate with cross-functional teams to position GridMats® solutions, create compelling campaigns, and ensure consistent brand messaging across channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring sales performance, optimizing operations, coaching and mentoring the sales and marketing team, and preparing reports and forecasts for leadership. The role also includes identifying current market opportunities, contributing to product positioning, and representing the company at events, conferences, and client meetings.
