Position : Sales, Marketing & Business Development – OFC/CATV/OPGW Location : Kolkata & Hyderabad Industry : OFC/CATV/OPGW Cables Role Objective: The Business Development & Marketing Executive will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, generating enquiries, securing purchase orders, and expanding the company's customer base across the CATV, OFC, OPGW, and Telecom Infrastructure sectors. This is a hands-on business development role requiring the candidate to build business from scratch, develop new customer relationships, create market presence, and establish sustainable sales channels across India. The role requires proactive market development, customer engagement, sales closure, and tender opportunity tracking to drive sustainable revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: 1. Business Development & Sales • Generate new business opportunities and secure orders for OFC, CATV, OPGW, and related telecom cable products. • Develop and maintain robust relationships with: o Multi System Operators (MSOs) o Local Cable Operators (LCOs)



o Internet Service Providers (ISPs) o Telecom Operators o EPC Contractors o System Integrators o Broadband Service Providers o Corporate & Enterprise Network Customers • Identify new customers and business opportunities in untapped territories. • Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, and technical-commercial discussions. • Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and convert opportunities into purchase orders. • Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline independently. 2. Market Development: • Develop new markets and sales channels for OFC, CATV, and OPGW products. • Establish dealer, distributor, channel partner, and institutional customer networks. • Conduct market research and competitor analysis. • Identify emerging opportunities in telecom, railway, power utility, broadband, and infrastructure sectors. • Support branding, promot
