About the Role
We’re seeking a highly skilled and experienced Packaging Designer with a strong understanding of compliance, print processes, and e-commerce design standards to develop accurate, premium, and conversion-driven packaging.

Responsibilities
Packaging Design
- Create packaging artworks, dielines, labels, and print-ready files for multiple product categories.
- Maintain accuracy in compliance markings: barcodes, warnings, material icons, UKCA/CE, recycle marks, age grades, legal text, and country-of-origin details.
- Adapt packaging for various formats: boxes, sleeves, hangtags,



inserts, pouches, and master cartons.
- Ensure colour accuracy, print readability, hierarchy, and brand consistency across all SKUs.

E-commerce Design
- Design e-commerce-optimized packaging for Amazon, marketplaces, and retail.
- Translate product features into visually appealing packaging layouts.
- Work on supporting creatives when needed: A+ content assets, icons, infographics, and digital mockups.

Compliance & Artwork Accuracy
- Follow artwork guidelines, printer specifications, and regulatory requirements for multiple regions.
- Ensure correct barcode placement, GTIN logic, safety icons, and mandatory statements.
- Review QC feedback and update artworks as needed.

Collaboration
- Work with marketing teams to interpret briefs and create packaging aligned with brand and campaign goals.
- Collaborate with copywriters to integrate product copy, claims, and legal text.
