Field Sales Executive – Real Estate

discovery simpler and more transparent.
As an early member of our field sales team, you will work directly with property owners, buyers,
sellers, agents and builders across Coimbatore. This is a hands-on role where you can learn real sales, customer onboarding and the PropTech industry while growing along with the
company.

Your Role
This role has three clear responsibilities:
Bring listings. Onboard customers. Onboard agents.

Key Responsibilities
1. Bring Property Listings
You will visit Coimbatore localities daily, including Saravanampatti, Peelamedu, Vadavalli, Kalapatti, Singanallur, Thudiyalur, Vilankurichi, and Kovaipudur.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying For Sale / To Let boards, plot signages, builder sites, and owner-listed properties.




- Meeting property owners and explaining how AVnester can help them list and reach reliable buyers.
- Helping owners upload their first listing on the spot, including photos, price, area, locality, and ownership proof.
- Following up through WhatsApp until the listing is verified and goes live.

2. Onboard Buyers and Sellers
You will sign up buyers and sellers from the localities you visit, builder sites, and inbound leads.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Walking users through the AVnester app and website.
- Explaining property search in Tamil and English.
- Helping users save searches, send WhatsApp inquiries, and use OTP-based phone reveal.
- Converting active users into paid members.
- Stepping in on WhatsApp when buyer inquiries are unanswered for more than 2 hours to keep the lead warm.

3. Onboard Real Estate Agents
You will identify and meet independent agents and small broker firms across Coimbatore.
Your responsibilities will include:
