Job Description

We are looking for a mid-level production specialist, a Art Director or Creative Supervisor grade, who turns approved creative into flawless finished assets at scale. This is a craft-first role. The mandate is not big-idea concepting; it is deep expertise in retouching, adaptation and print production across retail, eCommerce and brand campaigns, delivered rapid and to exacting quality standards. Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end production of campaign assets across digital, print and retail channels, from approved creative to final delivery.
- Create and enhance lifestyle imagery through advanced photo compositing, retouching, lighting correction and realistic product integration.
- Adapt and version master creatives at scale across formats, sizes, languages and seasonal campaigns without loss of quality or brand consistency.
- Build eCommerce Product Detail Page visuals, infographics,



shopper marketing banners and promotional creatives across digital and print formats.
- Prepare production-ready files to print specification: dielines, bleed and trim, overprint checks, ICC colour profiles and Pantone matching, with clean handoff to print vendors.
- Produce and update sell sheets, brochures, catalogues and marketing collateral to editorial and brand guidelines.
- Act as quality gatekeeper for outgoing artwork, including a final-eyes check on files produced by junior designers for spec accuracy and brand compliance.
- Build and maintain templates, asset libraries and batch workflows that speed up repeat production.
- Apply AI-assisted production tools such as Photoshop Generative Fill and Firefly for retouching, image extension and rapid variant creation, with judgement on where they help and where they do not.
- Work closely with Marketing, Brand and Project Management teams; estimate effort realistically and deliver to agreed timelines
