Role Description This is a full-time, in office Business Development Manager role based in Ahmedabad. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, including residential and hotel or hospital projects, to expand the company’s client base.
Responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, and direct clients; conducting market research; and developing strategies to increase sales and brand visibility. The role involves meeting prospective clients, understanding their requirements, presenting solutions and proposals, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with the design and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution. The Business Development Manager will also track sales performance, prepare regular reports, and contribute to marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
