Ensuring secure working practices and safety of People, plant and machinery 2. Reading drawings and explaining it to the workers. Must be able to read engineering drawings 3. Identify material requirement, check availability of material and co-ordinate with HO 4.



Day to day planning of jobs and manpower allocation 5. Supervision of production of fabricated and machined components 6. Inspection of components and assembly 7. Checking welding, machining quality 8. Coordination with external inspection agency/ service providers 9. Arranging consumables in co ordination with HO – electrodes, LPG, Oxygen, paint, lubricant, fasteners, tools etc 10. Prepare delivery challan including returnable delivery challan and keep proper records 11. Giving hands on guidance for proper operation of CNC Oxyfuel cutting machine and other machines 12. Keeping upkeep carrying out maintenance of Equipments such as EOT Cranes, Boring machines, drilling machine, lathe and others 13. Explore suppliers and service provider around Nashik region 14.
