Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers and explain pest control services offered by the company.
- Generate leads, handle customer enquiries, and convert enquiries into bookings.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers regarding service requirements.
- Maintain proper records of customer calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the field/service team for scheduling customer visits.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and booking targets.
